How can youth workers better support young people’s mental health and resilience? Join Youth Workers’ Lab for Mental Well-being, an Erasmus+ training course that will bring together youth workers from different European countries to explore innovative, practical and culturally sensitive approaches to promoting mental health in youth work.

This project is a direct response to the growing need for mental-health awareness and support skills among youth workers. It aims to empower participants with the knowledge, tools and confidence to foster well-being and resilience in their communities.

Who can apply:

  • Youth workers, educators or active volunteers working regularly with young people.
  • Citizens or residents of Spain.
  • Both experienced and less experienced youth workers are welcome.
  • With good English communication skills.
  • Aged 18 or older.

Costs: Accommodation, meals and materials are fully covered by the Erasmus+ Programme.
Travel reimbursement: up to 309 euros.
