From June 6–12, Creant Europa team joined a training course for youth workers in Călărași, Romania, focused on how youth work can evolve in a rapidly changing world.
Together with other experienced youth workers from across Europe, we explored different learning design frameworks that can help create more meaningful, intentional experiences for young people.
The facilitators shared fresh perspectives, the space was full of thoughtful little touches, and the ideas sparked plenty of reflection. We came away with new tools, new questions, and a clearer sense of where learning might go next.
