The youth exchange “Gender Bias: Which is My Role?” aims to raise awareness about gender stereotypes and inequalities that continue to shape young people’s lives, limiting opportunities, influencing expectations, and affecting emotional expression. The project explores how bias manifests across different contexts such as education, media, culture, and the workplace, while encouraging participants to critically reflect on the roles society assigns to individuals.
The project consists of two activities:
- Preparatory visit (only for the group leader): in Fiorenzuola between 27-30 April, 2026;
- Youth exchange: in Morfasso between 3-10 June, 2026.
Who can apply?
- Spanish citizens or residents of Spain, who are 19-25 years old (no age limit for group leaders).
- Interested in the topic.
- With a good level of English.
- Holding a valid European Health Insurance Card (or equivalent).

- Where? Fiorenzuola (for the group leader) and Morfasso, Italy.
- When? 3-10 June, 2026, (including travel days)
- Accommodation, meals and materials are 100% covered by Erasmus+.
- Travel reimbursement: up to 309 € for participants from Spain.
