The training course “VOICE Podcast: Voices of Inclusion, Connection,Engagement & Empowerment” is meant to equip youth workers with competences and methodologies used mostly in the podcast creation which can be applied in NFE to implement youth activities, and a subsequent greater empowerment of young people they work with on a daily basis.
The project consists of two activities:
- Preparatory visit (only for the group leader): in Fiorenzuola between 30 March – 2 April, 2026;
- Training course: in Morfasso between 14-21 July, 2026.
Who can apply?
- Spanish citizens or residents of Spain.
- Be preferably 25-35 ( age will not be a reason for exclusion);
- Youth workers with an interest in learning how to use podcasting in their youth work practice.
- With a good level of English.
- Holding a valid European Health Insurance Card (or equivalent).

- Where? Fiorenzuola (for the group leader) and Morfasso, Italy.
- When? 14-21 July, 2026, (including travel days)
- Accommodation, meals and materials are 100% covered by Erasmus+.
- Travel reimbursement: up to 309 € for participants from Spain.
