As part of the final phase of All on Board, Asociación Creant Europa held three multiplier events to share the project’s main outcomes and engage with youth workers and educators – two in person and one online. Each event provided space to reflect on the developed methods and explore how they can strengthen a sense of belonging in youth work.
On 30 May 2025, Creant Europa hosted a multiplier event for 18 active youth workers. The session brought together professionals interested in inclusive practices and non-formal education, offering an opportunity to explore the project’s results and practical applications.
The aim of the event was to present the outcomes of All on Board, a project that explored how diverse methods can promote and sustain engagement among young people. Throughout the session, participants were introduced to the tools, methods, and learnings developed over the course of the more than two-year collaboration.
At the heart of the event was the presentation of the project’s main outcome: “Do’s and Don’ts: Current Challenges and Strategies for Youth Engagement”. This guide, developed collaboratively with partners, distills key insights into a clear, user-friendly resource for youth workers and educators. During the event, the Creant Europa team walked attendees through the thinking behind the publication and shared insights into its development process. An open discussion followed, where participants reflected on how the guide’s messages connect with their own realities and how the resource might support their ongoing work. In line with the project’s commitment to sustainability, no printed materials were distributed – all resources were made available digitally.
This event was supplemented by two additional events: a physical presentation held in Valencia on May 21st, 2025, and an online dissemination event held on May 30th. Both followed the same structure, presenting in depth the project, and the results of the research and of the methodology development, and catered to local youth workers.
This project was co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme, Key Action 2 – Cooperation Partnerships.
